The Fox Chase Apartments are located in Stafford County, Virginia, on Route 1 (Cambridge Street) two miles north of downtown Fredericksburg and across the street from Drew Middle School. Fox Chase also offers easy accessibility to I-95 north towards Quantico. Fox Chase is only two miles from the Leland VRE Commuter Rail Station, which carries up to 20,000 passengers a day. The Wolf team worked closely with the Aimco development group and the architects from Penney Design Group to create a new construction 6300 SF two story building that houses the leasing offices and management team, the maintenance and operations team as well as the club house for residents and their guests. The interiors offer a modern concept open-leasing experience where the agents are able to interact with the future residents in a casual, warm and welcoming living room style lounge. There is a full-service refreshment bar, and a private conference room on the upper level as well as a small library lounge and the back of house employee lounge.
