Dwight Wolf Sr.
President and CEO
Dwight grew up in the construction industry and worked his way through high school and college for Piland Construction Company, a Virginia Class A licensed general contractor in Newport News, VA. In 1985, he established Wolf Contractors, Inc. and in 1988, he left Piland to run Wolf Contractors full time. As owner, President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Wolf developed the company into a major site development company and general contractor in the highly competitive southeastern market.
Gerry Schulte
Senior Project Manager and EstimatorGerry was born into a construction family, and helped operate the family-owned business in the Midwest for twenty years, specializing in all types of rural and urban land development. He started as an operator, working summers during school, and eventually rose to become president before moving to Virginia Beach in 1985. Since coming to Wolf Contractors, he has served as the Project Manager of the company for nineteen years, handling all aspects of each project, including planning, material acquisition, billing, receivables and change orders, and direction of work activities on site.
Dwight Wolf II, PE
Project ManagerDwight worked for a local general contractor and a civil engineering firm where he obtained a Professional Engineer license before joining the family business in 2022.
